Built for New Zealand businesses with 5–25 users.
A managed plan suits you when:
- A New Zealand business with 5–25 Microsoft 365 users
- You want one accountable team for Microsoft 365 security, backup and support
- No active cyber incident (incident recovery is scoped separately)
Scoped separately:
- Projects and migrations
- Incident recovery
- On-site work
- Hardware
- Material pre-existing remediation
Fair-use terms, service boundaries and what we cannot guarantee are in the FAQ and the website terms.
How onboarding works.
Every step is agreed with you first. Nothing changes in your Microsoft 365 without written authorisation.
Step 1
Free 30-minute Microsoft 365 Fit Call
The call confirms your business requirements, Microsoft 365 user count, current licences, backup arrangements, devices, existing IT-provider relationship and which OneOfZero service may suit you. No tenant access, audit or technical assessment takes place during the Fit Call.
Step 2
Plan and written agreement
We recommend a plan and confirm pricing for your users, devices, licence commitment and support needs. Nothing starts until you agree in writing.
Step 3
Resilience Onboarding Review
With your written authorisation, we review access, sign-in, email protection, sharing, licences and backup readiness, then brief you on a prioritised onboarding plan.
Step 4
Onboarding and ongoing care
We work through the onboarding plan, set up backup and monitoring, then provide ongoing support and regular reviews. If significant remediation, migration or project work is discovered during onboarding, it is separately scoped and needs your approval before it starts.
