You may use this website for lawful business enquiries and general information. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or use the site in a way that harms OneOfZero or another person.

The Readiness Check is a short questionnaire based only on the answers you provide, which are not technically verified. It does not connect to or inspect your Microsoft 365 environment. Its result lists topics to discuss and is general guidance, not an audit, security assessment, compliance opinion or assurance that your environment is secure.

Booking a Microsoft 365 Fit Call or sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed. The Fit Call is a free 30-minute call. The call confirms your business requirements, Microsoft 365 user count, current licences, backup arrangements, devices, existing IT-provider relationship and which OneOfZero service may suit you. No tenant access, audit or technical assessment takes place during the Fit Call.

The Founding Review is complimentary and carries no obligation to buy any service. Places are limited and are offered only to applicants who meet the published eligibility conditions. Written authorisation is required before any access to your Microsoft 365 tenant.

We ask for honest feedback. Any case study or testimonial is optional and is published only with your written permission. Declining, or giving critical feedback, does not affect your Review.

Managed Microsoft 365 plans start only under a separate written agreement that sets out the plan, price, term, service boundaries and fair-use terms. Secure & Recover and Managed Workplace use a 12-month managed-service agreement. Support is provided on a fair-use basis and is not unlimited. Licence charges are separate from OneOfZero's management fee. Essentials works with Business Basic, Standard or Premium, depending on your agreed requirements. Secure & Recover and Managed Workplace require Business Premium. Licensing arrangements are confirmed in your written proposal.

Projects, migrations, incident recovery, on-site work, hardware and material pre-existing remediation are separately scoped and need your approval. No service can guarantee security, compliance, uptime, data recovery or savings. If a written agreement differs from this website, the agreement applies.

Website information is general and may not suit every organisation. You remain responsible for business, security, legal and purchasing decisions. Seek appropriate professional advice where required, and do not delay urgent incident response because of information on this website.

This website links to services operated by others, including Microsoft Bookings. Their availability, security, privacy and terms are controlled by those providers. OneOfZero is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Unless stated otherwise, OneOfZero owns or is licensed to use the website design, copy, brand assets and original content. You may view the site for your own business use, but may not copy, republish or commercially reuse it without permission.

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it may be changed, interrupted or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, OneOfZero is not liable for loss caused solely by relying on general website content or a Readiness Check result.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any rights that apply under New Zealand law.

These website terms are governed by New Zealand law. A separate signed proposal or service agreement takes priority for any service.
